Dear Campers,

Greetings to all our campers! I hope you are feeling as enthusiastic and excited about our upcoming 2011 season as we are. This is our 45th year in business! Wow! I just can't believe that! Opening weekend will be April 29-May 1, 2011. Closing weekend will be September 30-October 2, 2011.

Following is a rate schedule for the 2011 season. The dumping fee for the year is $80.00 or $8.00 per dump. We increased our seasonal rates by $25.00 and daily rates by $1.00.

SeasonalDailyWeeklyMonthly
30 amp/water$1280$31$186$425
30 amp/extra large/water$1505$33$198$465
30 amp/sewer/water$1425$36$218$485
30/50 amp/extra large/sewer/water$1635$36$218$485

Our daily and weekly rates are based on 4 people in the family. A family consists of husband, wife and unmarried children. We charge $1 per person per night extra for a family of more than 4 people. We only allow one family per site. Weekend and seasonal campers are only allowed 2 cars on their site. All others go in the parking area.

To all seasonal campers: We would like your seasonal rate plus dumping paid in full by May 1, 2011. There will be one payment plan available: $800 due by May 1, 2011 and the balance by June 19, 2011. Please stop in the office to make your payment and at that time fill out your contract. If you fail to make your payments when they are due your trailer will be removed and put on the hill until the payment is paid in full.

If you commit to be a seasonal camper and then decide to leave our campground after the season starts, you are no longer considered a "season camper" and your rate will be figured out by the monthly, weekly and daily rates. There will be no refunds!

Season campers are responsible to pay their own electric. We read the meters at the end of each month. You need to stop in the office and pay it monthly.

If you decide not to camp this year, a storage fee of $50 per month will be due before you remove your trailer. We do not accept any post dated checks. We do accept Visa, Master Card and Discover. All bounced checks will be charged a fee of $25.00.

If our season campers want to register their married children and grandchildren for the season, there will be a charge of $20.00 per person, regardless of age. This does not mean they can pitch a tent or bring in a trailer to camp. If they stay in your trailer with you occasionally, that is okay.

Season campers are responsible to mow their own yard and keep their campsite neat and clean. If you are not going to come to camp for an extended time, you need to make arrangements to have your yard mowed. If we have to mow it, you will be charged. If you would like your site mowed for you each week, contact Derrick.

Visitor fees are $3.00 per car. That car must go in our parking area. Please do not park on empty sites, in the field or the orchards.

Golf cart rules are posted in the office. They are not to be driven after 11 pm.

If your visitors decide to pitch a tent or sleep in their car, we charge $25 per night for 4 people and $1.00 per person for more than four people. If they plug into electric, they will be charged $31.00 per night for 4 people and $1.00 per person for more than four people. It is $2.00 per person per night for visitors to stay in your trailer.

Our swimming pool will open Memorial Day weekend and close after Labor Day weekend. There is no charge for our campers. Visitor's fee is $3.00 per person per day. We are open weekends only until school gets out. After school gets out, our pool is open seven days a week. We have a lifeguard on duty at all times. Please observe our pool rules.

Our pizza stand will be open our first weekend. Hours will be Friday 5-6 and 9-10. Saturday it is open 12-1, 5-6 and 9-10. Sunday breakfast is from 8-10, lunch 12-12:30, and supper 5-5:30. During the week we will be open on request with an hours notice. Check at the office.

Hayrides are given on Saturday and Sunday mornings around 11am. We have a basketball court and volleyball at our playground. Paddleboats are $3.00 per half hour. You must wear a lifejacket which we provide.

Emily's "Fried Dough and Funnel Cake Stand" will be open Friday and Saturday nights.

Quiet hour is 11 pm -9 am. All visitors must be out of the park by 11 pm. All children are to be at their own site by 10pm. Free WIFI is available at the rec hall.
